PME Level Baking Belt 56" x 2" (142cm x 5cm)
Suitable for round tins between 12" to 16" (30cm to 40cm) and square tins from 10" to 12" (25cm to 30cm).
They work by insulating and reflecting heat coming to the pan from the sides, forcing it instead to rise evenly from base of the tin upwards.
How To Use:
Soak the belt in cold water and remove the excess. Do not wring.
Wrap around the outside of the baking pan and fit like a belt.
Use both loops to secure in place.
Pour the cake batter into the pan and bake as required.
Do not use the baking belt without soaking in water first.
Do not use at temperatures that exceed 180°c.
Make sure the baking belt is not in direct contact with the heating element, gas flames or side of the oven.
Do not cut, tare or fray the edges.
